I really don’t like the way the employee named akhter was behaving with the female employee..it was a little rush she was alone in the sales floor with a little rush…management need to train “akhter” for behaving well with the co workers..

Ordered a $42 birthday cake for pick up 48hrs ahead and they didn’t have it. they kept passing the buck onto the people who worked earlier why discussing amongst themselves what to do, the manager wasn’t even there and they had to call him and even then they didn’t know that to do, avoid this place if you don’t wanna be disappointed

Okay honest review everything seems pretty okay but their milkshake needs help everybody knows exactly what I'm talking about when I say that you know when you ask for a milkshake and you're expecting something thick with them it's just like cold melted ice cream

They lack of customer service and here's why. I went there last night around 9ish. I ordered 3 containers of ice cream. (Mind you, I had bags that I was holding). After the guy finishes giving me the container (second register by the ice cream), he expected me to grab em on which I did, to then tell me for ME to bring it to the first register. I'm there, that guys sees me, sees my bags that I holding to ask me if I need I bag. I said yes. Then he hands me the bag for ME to put the ice creams in them. (Mind you, again, I am holding other items). Very poor customer service.
