Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins

Service is very poor.

They forgot the whip cream , I asked for a small. And before I could finished she literally ran to the next cashier to take care of these two younger, looking more how wild state this like they have money or daddy’s wallet and then came back to me n they then yelled at her for putting too much ice I had to defend her cause they were two little spoiled brats! But yes I would not come here again was to unprofessional and rushing when there was not even no one besides me the two girls and one more who also went before me. N they got my order messed up it wasn’t even sweet lol I give up

The store has a poor issue with inventory. They don't keep all the common flavors of ice cream stocked. They're always running out of flavors for their drinks and they're always running out of whole milk.

Nashrin greeted me like an old friend, when I walked into the Dunkin Donuts on Lexington between 91 & 92nd Streets. I often stop by before heading to the 92nd Street for my swim. I often get a coffee to wake me up and a muffin or two as a reward after my workout! I just can’t say enough about how wonderful it is to be welcomed by Nashrin who often will also make recommendations about the newest donuts!

I have been waiting 10 minutes

Do they have a lockable restroom?

They are not above selling you day-old bagels as if they’re fresh. Unacceptable.

Here because u/dabbqueenz was acting like a prissy Karen to a poor worker here.

Service is unacceptable! Spent 20 minutes here just to get a scoop of ice cream. Baskin Robbins, you should be ashamed. Ashamed I say. Never coming back. How dare you take such a wonderful experience like getting ice cream and ruin it. Shame.

Ice creams are melted and miss labeled. They give a very tiny piece of polar ice cream not like the picture on the website at all. I see why all the Baskin Robins have Indians working for them there stingy like they owned all the products personally.

The woman serving us was slow to take our orders and rude and short in their brief moments she spoke with us. Not a pleasant experience.
