This place is a mess. The individuals behind the counter do not know what they are doing. Ordering with one person who doesn’t seem to know the Point of Sale system. Then translating it to the short woman to actually prepare the item and she doesn’t understand. It was just a mess.

Their ice cream selection is very limited, unlike most other Baskin Robbins stores. I ordered a single scoop ice cream on a cone, they barely gave me less than a quarter scoop and charged me full price. When I asked how was that a full scoop, they shrugged. Not going back.
