Ewe went to this Dunkin Donuts/Baskins-Robbins a few days ago--a walk late at night as our kids are in Japan with my in-laws. It's a friendly and hospitable place, and I was very happy to hear the staff ask about when the kids will be back in school. That suggesting that this neighborhood, after school hang-out is a place where the staff really care about and miss our kids. That's a nice thing to contemplate, yes?

Usually a great place for me to run and grab a drink or donuts, except this time, I just had to write about this one employee. Disgusting attitude. All I asked was for a caramel iced latte, and she stared at me for a good five seconds before saying "WHAT SIZE?" in the most disrespectful manner. I then asked for a cosmic coolatta, and again was hit with the five second stare until she said "WHAT FLAVORS?" with that same disgusting tone. How am I supposed to know if all it says is try the cosmic coolatta? Get rid of this employee. No need for such terrible attitude, even if you hate working there.

The cashier over charged me for something I didn't ask for! And for me to come back in the morning! I was there at 1:00 am ! Will never go back there!
All Indians working here. One of them didn’t know how to take the baskin and Robbins coupon and almost didn’t let me get it till a younger Indian guy that worked there helped him out because u didn’t know what he was doing. They have limited ice cream favors and have some ice cream flavors posted that they don’t have at all. Good luck.
