The lady that works here needs to reconsider being in a customer service position. My family and I visited this location to redeem a T-Mobile offer and the lady decided to charge me for another item that was more expensive instead of the item that I purchased. When I asked her about it, she said, "It's not that much more than what you got."She then proceeded to ignore my sister and serve someone who was standing behind my sister in line. She was blatantly going out of her way to be mean to us. I told my sister to let's just leave, because obviously our business isn't welcome at this location. While I do not plan on ever returning to this location, I hope this lady finds her happiness because she is going out of her way to spread hate in an ice cream shop. How can anyone feel hateful at an ice cream shop? I just don't get it.

I ordered two sandwiches with a gift card, and proceeded to attempt to charge my phone but a homeless man who the store employees allowed to stay in the store without making a purchase all on camera was drunk and attacked me while I tried to plug in my charger. He threatened my life and I proceeded to tell the store employees to refund my order because I wanted to leave they tried to make me stay and wait for the police and put my life and safety at risk. I refused and left. I called them immediately after and they refused to refund my order. They stated I took the food with me which was never prepared due to the incident. I am in shock and astonished that I was treated like this. I will never go to any of these stores again until I am compensated and apologized to for this incident. Unbelievable

Ewe went to this Dunkin Donuts/Baskins-Robbins a few days ago--a walk late at night as our kids are in Japan with my in-laws. It's a friendly and hospitable place, and I was very happy to hear the staff ask about when the kids will be back in school. That suggesting that this neighborhood, after school hang-out is a place where the staff really care about and miss our kids. That's a nice thing to contemplate, yes?

Usually a great place for me to run and grab a drink or donuts, except this time, I just had to write about this one employee. Disgusting attitude. All I asked was for a caramel iced latte, and she stared at me for a good five seconds before saying "WHAT SIZE?" in the most disrespectful manner. I then asked for a cosmic coolatta, and again was hit with the five second stare until she said "WHAT FLAVORS?" with that same disgusting tone. How am I supposed to know if all it says is try the cosmic coolatta? Get rid of this employee. No need for such terrible attitude, even if you hate working there.
The cashier over charged me for something I didn't ask for! And for me to come back in the morning! I was there at 1:00 am ! Will never go back there!

Great spot to sip and have a donut. Plenty of seats and staff is always nice and friendly. My food order comes out quick and my coffee nice and hot. This location is also very clean.
