The ice cream is great and the place is nice, but the one staff member there was extremely rude and seemed annoyed with me for no reason. If Feyoz doesn’t want to interact with customers or scoop ice cream, he shouldn’t be in a customer-facing role and should just quit his job.

ROACHES 🪳 IN THE FOOD - I came here and got a hot chocolate to warm me up. Found out I was sipping on a ROACH. I am mortified & disgusting.
Manager offered me ONE free meal as compensation. I feel violated. Don’t harm yourself by eating here.
Another day or two later I past by and seen the exterminator spraying chemicals while the ice cream is still on display

They claim to have run out of bananas for a banana split, Brownies for a brownie sundae, and ALL FLAVORS OF ICE CREAM EXCEPT MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP. HOW THE F DOES BASKIN ROBBINS 31 FLAVORS RUN OUT OF 30 OF IT'S FLAVORS ???? I HAD TO CANCEL MY DELIVERY ORDER. HORRIBLE

Store closes at 9pm. Walked in at 8:37pm and the staff member said he had to clean up the store and would not serve me -- even for one scoop of ice cream for my birthday. What a bah humbug! Do not go here!

I found this place on google maps and went there at 8:30 because the information stated that the closing time was 9. However, when I got there the store clerk refused to serve me because he said they were closed. They need to update their time to reflect that they close at 8:30, if that is the case. Rude!!!!!
It has a Dunkin in it. There’s a bench along the window with seating for about three people and also one other small table for two.

Ice Cream was tasty, a got one Love Potion in Cup, one Chocolate in Cup and an Chocolate Milkshake, only shame the Store Manger was alone on duty, so he got a bit in hassle

Just left with 2 chocolate cones, there were 10 flavors and there was no hot fudge. Gal working there was not very excited to be there. Kids got ice cream, wife and I passed and had coffee cake 1 block down.
