If I could give zero stars, I will. It was my first visit to this baskin Robbin’s. The employee Ali is terrible. He made me wait more than 5 minutes to place and order and then gives me a nasty attitude. I cannot believe people can be so rude. Instead of being nice I waited so long. If you can’t do a customer service job go and work at a zoo with animals or in a morgue.

Horrible service. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Twice I ordered ice cream. I spent close to $60.00 on these orders and both time the wrong flavors were delivered. I tried calling and the phone just rings. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE !!! Order at your own risk!!!!

placed a doordash order and did not received what I ordered. tried to call store and no answer. left message on voicemail and still no one called me back. I spent $65 to get whatever they wanted to send me and several very upset children. Will not order from them again... terrible service

The staff is very VERY disrespectful. I am a woman who walked in this store with my 3 kids....and just because I asked to see the different types of ice cream cakes, the worker was rude and yelled at me (as of i was a child) to get on the line. Making some weord gestures, loud tone and all. Totally out of line. I asked to speak with a manager, and his partner identified as such....tried to play it off....showed me the cakes and then tried to bribe my kids by giving them free munchkin donuts. Digusting and very disturbing that he felt the ok to speak to a female customer in this manner. But if its a customer who would've approached them like that...then its wrong. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT INSIDE HERE ...felt threathen and violated for no reason at all.

This place is completely useless. I order a pint of “icing on the cake” ice cream and they gave me a chocolate ice cream! I called to make sure they had the ice cream i wanted before i placed my uber order and they lied to me and said yea. turns out they didn’t and they sent me the wrong order.

I went here looking for a half dozen of donuts and a warm drink, so I ordered and the man literally asked me how many donuts after I clearly told him a half dozen. Then I told him no Boston and he goes picking donuts, and picks the Boston. I told him to put it back, and he did angrily. Then another cashier came and took the money, and I get my hot chocolate. By the time I realized I got the wrong drink, it was too late. Like there was barely anyone in that place like how tf do u “get confused.” Overall don’t com here it’s horrible.

I live in the area and today was my 1st time going there. I know.. Crazy, but the donuts were fresh, my kids liked the ice cream. The only issue we had, was the latte and ice coffee. They had a weird taste to it.. My daughter said hers had a salty taste to it. I did go back to the counter and they made new ones with no problem, which did come out way better.
