This was the worst experience ever. I pre-order 2 breakfast wraps and a macciato for a total of $26. Do you know they sent me a fried egg and 1 breakfastwrap and a cup of coffee that taste like motor oil! What would you do? Of course they refunded my money. But it's not about the money. The don't check the orders before they send them out.

placed a doordash order and did not received what I ordered. tried to call store and no answer. left message on voicemail and still no one called me back. I spent $65 to get whatever they wanted to send me and several very upset children. Will not order from them again... terrible service

I mean yeah, this Dunkin kinda sucks. Very slow service and my orders been messed up a few times and /or never made. However, the people that work here deserve to be paid probably double what they already make considering the customer base that frequents this location. I have never encountered so much rudeness and disrespect towards employees like what I've seen in this specific Dunkin' line. I've seen the employees be screamed at, ignored and disregarded completely, and just altogether demeaned by the patrons that come here. It honestly makes me so sad and a little hopeless for humanity. I know the people working here are genuinely trying their best to keep up, make drinks and food, all while trying to communicate and help customers/fulfill their orders. Please be kind. It's literally just coffee.

The staff is very VERY disrespectful. I am a woman who walked in this store with my 3 kids....and just because I asked to see the different types of ice cream cakes, the worker was rude and yelled at me (as of i was a child) to get on the line. Making some weord gestures, loud tone and all. Totally out of line. I asked to speak with a manager, and his partner identified as such....tried to play it off....showed me the cakes and then tried to bribe my kids by giving them free munchkin donuts. Digusting and very disturbing that he felt the ok to speak to a female customer in this manner. But if its a customer who would've approached them like that...then its wrong. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT INSIDE HERE ...felt threathen and violated for no reason at all.

Where do I start? Hmm the Indian/Pakistani people that run it don't even know there own products. On top of that, they have trouble hearing you and they are very ignorant. If you are ever in Manhattan and you go to this Dunkin, I suggest you don't go in. It's in violation of many health codes and it's unacceptable.
Full of bums and homeless people and on top of that the employees always have an attitude. This is the twilight zone. Unbelievable.

This place is completely useless. I order a pint of “icing on the cake” ice cream and they gave me a chocolate ice cream! I called to make sure they had the ice cream i wanted before i placed my uber order and they lied to me and said yea. turns out they didn’t and they sent me the wrong order.

I ordered a Caramel Iced Macchiato with Almond milk. I didn't drink it until I was already couple blocks away from Dunkin and it tasted so bitter. I am not sure if they put the three pumps of caramel but I didn't have a taste of Carmel in the drink whatsoever. Really turned my mood down. Check the pictures out.

Horrible.. this Dunkin Donuts is so unprofessional they should be shut down. I clearly ordered another order then what they have given me. The lady working their in the mornings is very confused and seems overwhelmed. Asking me for my name on the order I told her as soon I told her she started making my order. Once she said order is ready she gave it to me and said everything is included their. Smh the crazy thing is that she said everything is inside of the bag and no worries.. I came home and opened up the bag it has someone else's order inside. Also if you go to this Dunkin' location around 4 PM there will be another confused lady that works their during the second shift. Location claims to work 24/7 after Monday but they close at certain times so ordering on the app you will lose your money and cause major confusion. Dunkin' needs to do better!
