After waiting 10 minutes in the ice cream section to be assisted, people began to come in and cashier attended them. She completely ignored that me and another individual was there. When asked about it she says there’s no one in the ice cream section and we have to make the line after seeing we were the first ones there.

We lived next door to this Baskin Robbins and the breakfast croissants were the best ever. They also were a great hit with our 14yr old granddaughter when it came to shakes and ice cream. So much to choose from.

Don't go -- they are rude and go out of their way to rip you off! I am always charged more than the advertised price and there is never, ever a manager available.
They need more employees.
