I called to ask abt the thanks giving turkey cake bc i was planning to order it online. I asked a simple question if the cake melts easily because i will be taking it with me under the subway for 15-20mins and seems like none of the staffs could understand english and hung up on me. English is not my first language too and i also used to work in a restaurant, instead of trying to listen to what i say, they hung up. Thank you for that so now i could move on to a better place to get my thanks giving cake

I ordered a double scoop - list price of $6.99 before taxes. I asked the counter staff the final amount - he stated “$8 dollars”. Hmmmm. I gave him $8. My math ain’t bad, but it does not make sense. He hesitated and did not open the register to put in the cash, but slowly closed the ice cream shelf display.
I asked for a receipt. He then opened the register and returned me $0.39.
He was DISHONEST

No seats, but they filled my container to the tippity top and that's damn good service.
$4.89 for single scoop in a bowl. Yeah it's expensive but you're in Manhattan. They gave me a lid for the cup and a bag to carry it and my 5 yr old was happy.

Great place! Was helped by 2 guys and they were helpful and nice. Also very generous with the scoops and they taste well. Would recommend going here
Open till 10, but when I walked in at 9:40 they told me they were temporarily closed at 9:30 for ice cream. Just being lazy. Then guy walks out to smoke a cigarette. Zero stars for these lazy slackers who should be fired.
