Open till 10, but when I walked in at 9:40 they told me they were temporarily closed at 9:30 for ice cream. Just being lazy. Then guy walks out to smoke a cigarette. Zero stars for these lazy slackers who should be fired.

not one to write reviews, but would advise everyone to stay away from this baskin robbins. i have come twice and both were so underwhelming. twice i have been attended by a female worker who is soo cold and unwelcoming. this last time i asked for two small vanilla shakes (simple right?) well obviously not. first off me and the group of people i was with felt uncomfortable because it was so unwelcoming. well i get my milkshakes for me and my brother, i take a sip of mine and it taste like straight milk.. no vanilla whatsoever, i ask my brother if he taste any and he says sort of but that it’s fine. i contemplated saying anything when finally one of the guys that was with us goes up for me and says it doesn’t taste like vanilla. they say they can’t do anything because i already took a sip. he asked if they could just remake it, they said no and just gave me a scoop of vanilla ice cream to put in it. i waited and swirled it around to get it melt and mix in it and it didn’t change a thing.. i left very annoyed, what does it hurt remaking my drink? at that point they might have as gave me a cup of milk -_-
I wanted to order an ice cream cake for my brother's graduation, and have always wanted to try the Baskin Robbins ice cream cakes, so I put in an order on their website online, paid and picked my pick up time. The process was easy and seamless. When I arrived the lady at the counter and her father were both very welcoming and friendly. They had my ice cream cake order ready for me to pick up. Happy to say, it was Delicious! I would definitely go back to this location and order from them again.
