I waited outside and kept on ringing the bell for 10 mins and the guys inside don't even care. I'm pretty sure he looked at me for five times and just ignored me!

The first time I went in this Dunkin in a while. It is incredibly slow. I ordered a Bagel with butter and a frozen lemonade...waited about 10 minutes in line, despite the fact that there were two people in front of me, then waited another 10 minutes for my bagel! I watched it sit in the toaster for 5+ minutes ready! It's like the staff were turtles...actually turtles may be faster!!

I always ended up here on the weekend at night trying to sober up with sweet and carbs. It never works. Anyways, because everytime I'm here drunk the staff tolerates me I'm giving 4 stars. Thumbs up and see you this friday night.

What can I say? It's a Dunkin Donuts. The good thing is that it's open 24/7, so it gets you out of pickle when you need a coffee fix really early in the morning.

This is the worst location ever the short guy that wears the manager badge is the worst representation for the brand . Considering their prices have gone up in our at times more expensive than Starbucks they need to do a better job and re-train their staff including leader ship on how customer service work when a customer is buying a cup of coffee and asked for simple things like a sleeve you can't get upset and if you ran out and they asked you to double cup it you should just do it after spending eight dollars on a latte and a bagel yes 8 He was upset because I asked for a sleeve and started to tell his coworker that the coffee is not even hot

My experience with this Dunkin Donuts Baskin Robbins today is that the manager does not know how to speak to people a Spanish lady had order iced coffee in front of me she was also on the phone so she didn't have a girl call her number so the she went back up to the counter and ask for her coffee was and the manager named Delware was like oh you don't listen you need to be paying attention..he said this to the lady.... also he wanted to charge an extra $0.50 for some freaking whipped cream! She said forget it. Now I come to order my free scoop when you download the Baskin-Robbins app, his first responses were no longer accepting those because people make fake ones... (me and my husband looking at him like what that got to do with us?) I tell him I just made this account last night, his responses I understand I'm going to only accept it today he didn't even scan my coupon it was still counting down after he did try to scan it which he didn't... then not only that my husband asked him are you the owner of the store his responses you find out who the owner is then he tells his female employee there will no longer allowed back in the store don't take any more orders from them ever again. This dude was a pure a****** save yourself some time and go to the one on 145th the Westside they treat you much better. DELWARE NEEDS TO BE FIRED.

I LOVE chocolate chip ice cream--especially from Baskin Robbins. I got off 3 stops early to get my ice cream. The young lady was nice she kept asking me what I wanted. I wasn't paying attention when she packed my quart of chocolate chip ice cream. Eight hours later, I go for my ice cream and IT'S THE WRONG KIND!!!!! When I looked at it, the chips looked different; and then I see cookie dough! Ugh!!!!! Now I have to go back and return it. Not good 125 and Amsterdam Avenue! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
