This one up right refuses, immediately left.

Why would you advertise that you're open when the workers absolutely refuse to serve anything baskin robbins related without an explanation. On multiple occasions i might add.

Was there at 610. Sign and internet says it’s open until 630. We go inside and the two “”workers” say it’s closed. We can’t get an explanation. I have one but never mind, Baskin Robins has no quality standards.

Since the first moment we came into the store, every single employee was rude, even the manager. They didn’t even speak english. They were just taking between them when people were trying to order. Don’t come to this location unless you want to waste your time dealing with these people.

Super ice scream, the service at the top I validate and I recommend
Not friendly at all, not helpful. I bought my 2-year-old a scoop of ice cream and she would not put whipped cream on it unless I paid an extra $0.50. whatever happened to customer service and wanting to make people happy. Not nice people here would not recommend it unless you absolutely have to go somewhere.

People that work here actually act like they don't like you. Horrible customer service. They don't go out of their way at all to make you feel good they don't smile they don't say hello they actually treat you like they want you to leave before you buy anything. Whoever the manager is, shame on you. It's disgusting. You make New York City look bad
