Super ice scream, the service at the top I validate and I recommend

Not friendly at all, not helpful. I bought my 2-year-old a scoop of ice cream and she would not put whipped cream on it unless I paid an extra $0.50. whatever happened to customer service and wanting to make people happy. Not nice people here would not recommend it unless you absolutely have to go somewhere.

People that work here actually act like they don't like you. Horrible customer service. They don't go out of their way at all to make you feel good they don't smile they don't say hello they actually treat you like they want you to leave before you buy anything. Whoever the manager is, shame on you. It's disgusting. You make New York City look bad

Worst Dunkin to come! Always slow and very unprofessional but that stands from management itself. You can submit complaints online but that doesn’t charge anything but I’ll continue to do it until someone decides to do something about it or I change jobs

Worst Baskin-Robbins ever. A shame I didn't read all the other 1 Star reviews first. The staff are absolutely clueless. I've seen more intelligence in a dead fish floating in the river than the fool who served me. Works in an ice cream shop and has no clue what you're trying to order. Maybe a gas station would be more this fools forte. I also hope the head of Baskin-Robbins sees this review and acts on their franchisee. If you can't employ decent staff, you should not open your doors.

Pathetic service faced a poor customer service. The guy #Monin there is a rude person, don't know how to do customer dealing, running behind us shouting " You didn't paid the bill" not leting us enjoy the icecream. We felt so embarassed in front of all customers. I visited there with my 3 years old daughter( as she want to eat icecream) and my wife. He didn't even care that am with family and not going to run for his 8-10$ bill. When I paid the bill the lady throw the change over me and money went to there own contribution charity cup which they kept for showoff. When my wife ask him are we looking thief's then #Monin told do I know you, you pay the bill first and then eat. I am Canadian and visited NY to enjoy my trip for 5 days to learn and feel US culture, but came back with bitter experience. The guy didn't even apologies after all this. Finally when I complaint to Baskin Robbins customer care, store manager came back offering me one free scoop. There is nothing above self respect and dignity, better to avoid such staff and shop and let them learn the lesson, will never visit BR again in my life.
