Myself and my wife arrived at 8.15pm, No one asked if we had a reservation, we could have just walked in off the street, at this point my gut feeling was telling me that it maybe a good idea if we just got up and left, heading back to the street and find somewhere else, we decided we were here now and would stay and stick it out. We were seated and still no professional interaction from the service provider, in fact it was poor. He sneezed a lot when carrying our drinks over, which was kind of worrying. It wasn't a positive experience from our service provider. The food was just OK, the service was sub standard, no way near the level of the many quality diners around the City. The standard of Service is as important as the quality of the food, it doesn't need to be any more than friendly and attentive, basic diners etiquette will suffice. The one plus was the outdoor location and the view overlooking Time Square which was stunning. I would say you should go for the views and not a dining experience, maybe a cocktail or beer with brunch or nibbles and sit outside and take in the views and vibe of Time Square. I would not advise to book for an evening meal.

Stunning views. Very clean inside the restaurant with excellent customer service. Food was good, wish the portions were a little larger for the price point. If I am ever back in New York, I would definitely come again. Thank you!!

We got Chinese ribs and chicken nuggets. Both dishes very subpar - worst food since we got to NY 5 days ago. On the good side, our cheesecake and choc mouse cake were outstanding. So come here for dessert, drinks and views. Service was good.

It's a nice, kinda quick bites place, adjacent/ connected to the reception area of the M Social Hotel @ Times Square. Great views, super terrace/ rooftop facing Times Square! Not upscale, not for true foodies.

Food and view were good but those are the only positive aspects I can give. Service was ok, waters emptied several times. We were brought the check and never asked if we wanted dessert. I asked if we could order a dessert to be told the kitchen was already closed. Our reservation was at 9:45 and it was only 10:45. Why would you allow at 9:45 reservation if the kitchen was closing in an hour?? Hours online said the restaurant was open until midnight so who was wrong? And why would you not let your patrons know the kitchen was closing and make sure they don't want anything else? When the check was dropped we were still eating and was told no hurry but within minutes they were asking if we were ready to pay. This was definitely our first and last time to this restaurant. Shout out to Renee in security who let me vent and then recommended a great place to get cheesecake.

Visited Beast & Butterflies and really liked the bar. The standout is definitely the view — looking right over Times Square, it makes for a unique and lively atmosphere. We had a cocktail and a beer, both good, though prices are on the higher side. That said, the setting and perspective make it worth it, especially if you want to enjoy a drink while soaking in the energy of the city. A great spot for the experience. We were first sitting inside because it was raining, but fortunately, the rain stopped and we were able to move to the best place of the house on the rooftop!

The views of Time Square are magnificent, food and drinks were good, service very professional. The restaurant itself was pretty basic and resembling more of a lobby cafe than anything else. We go for the views when family visits and want to see NYC, so would definitely be back with next guests. I would not consider going there otherwise.
