My friends and I used to love it here. That was until my boyfriend and I went last week. The tall brunette bartender was extremely rude. She was shoving other customers tips in peoples faces and just being extremely loud and obnoxious. Will not be returning. Completely different vibe to what it used to be.

Came here for lunch with a colleague. Barely any vegetarian options. My colleague and I both had the falafel wrap sandwich which was average at best. This place does get packed in the evening for drinks, but not a great place for food.

I was very disappointed with my service here. The servers were unfriendly and rude. My group paid a large per person fee and didn't receive any of the advertised items- no dedicated servers, no passed hors d'œuvres, and no champagne toast. Will not be back.

I genuinely think the tipping culture in the US has become so normalised that staff don't even care anymore about providing a good service and still just expect a tip.The place advertised both outside and on menu as happy hour till 6.30, no mention of any days that it's not valid.Sat at a table and when no one came over to us for about 10 mins I went up to order. Waited another 10 mins before the drinks (a glass of wine and a beer) were poured, just to have to go back up and collect them.We later ordered food and another drink, food came very quickly by what seemed to be by a seperate group to the bar staff. Never got the drink so had to go up and ask for it again and bring it back to my table again.Once finished, asked for the bill 3 times, and watched each time as the staff just went back behind the bar and started chatting to their colleagues. Eventually just had to go up to the bar again and request it in person. Not only were we charged for an item we didn't order, but also nothing was given at happy hour prices and it all turned out to be twice the value of what we were expecting to pay. When I asked we were told it was only Monday to Friday that this was the case. And I'm still expected to give a tip for this? I basically self catered myself for everything, got virtually no service, and charged double for everything.Back in Ireland, you order a drink, they make it straight away, bring it to the table for you, and never expect a tip.Only positive thing was the nachos were good

I walked into Beckett's just wanting beer and wings for the game. instead what I got was bad beer in plastic cups, and no one who would take my food order. I asked three times if I could please order food. Unfortunately the service was bad because the staff was overworked (it wasn't that busy by the way), and the place itself was falling apart, with wood rot and leaking bathrooms. Find another sports bar for the game.

It's one of the pubs of choice in Stone St for lunch or a beer after

The drinks were watered down, the music was terrible, and the highlight was, no joke, the mouse running across the dining room floor with a piece of food in his mouth as big as his body. Stone street has a ton of choices, anything else would be better!

Clueless wait staff, never around to take orders, mark the table, clear the table, refill water, drop the check and run the credit card.

Dining outdoors was an excellent experience. The street is filled with tables from all the restaurants. Almost all the tables were taken around 6 pm, but it slowly became less crowded. The hanging lights made the street even more aesthetic, in addition to the stone street. This is a great choice to dine and spend time with close ones. It is a quick walk from the pier, which is another great place to stop by! Fulton.

Came in here with a group of friends a few days ago and cannot recommend this place enough! The Irish bartender Eimear was very helpful and her espresso martinis were to die for , she really made the experience memorable!! Thank you Eimear !

A crash course in disappointment, an intimate rendezvous with mediocrity, and a check that will leave your wallet both feeling light and questioning your life choices. At $45(++) a bottle for the one bottle of white wine available -- which it transpired had a retail value of $7.49 -- I was expecting an underwheling sensory adventure. Instead, I received something that bore an alarming resemblance to acidic grape juice that had been through some trauma. The audacity of charging exorbitant prices for wines that wouldn't even pass muster at a frat party is perplexing enough. But the pièce de résistance was the inclusion of a fixed tip on the bill (for a party of 3). Nothing like rewarding onself for lackluster product and service before the customer even has a chance to express their (dis)satisfaction! If you're seeking an establishment that respects both your palate and your pocket, steer clear of this pitfall. Harry's Side Bar 100' away is nice and much better value.
