I recently visited Bedford Studio in the West Village, and I’m obsessed. This cozy spot offers a unique blend of creative drinks and pastries that are as delicious as they are Instagram-worthy.
I ordered the Mango Matcha Iced Latte, and it was the perfect balance of sweet and earthy, with just the right hint of mango to complement the matcha. But the real star of the show was their Matcha Mod—a delightful matcha cookie pastry with matcha white chocolate in the center and a touch of 24k gold.
The ambiance of Bedford Studio is warm and inviting, with a trendy yet comfortable vibe that makes it an ideal spot for a coffee break or catching up with friends. The staff is friendly and welcoming,
Whether you're a matcha lover or just looking for a cool spot to unwind in the West Village, Bedford Studio is a must-visit. I'll definitely be back to try their new fall menu!

They want to charge you for using their wifi... $300/year or $10 daily. I get it if you're sitting there for hours and taking up space, but come on. We can't even EXIST in public spaces without being charged. Bring a hotspot if you're gonna come here, I guess.
edited to add: Let me clarify, you can't even bring your laptop out. That YOU paid for. You can't use YOUR OWN ITEMS in their coffee shop. God, what a stuck up mindset. And they try to get away with it by saying "Oh well the $10/day or $300/year fee includes access to the gym and member discounts and events." Yeah, that's not what it sounds like at all. Charge a cover fee if that's what you're after. Who the hell would expect to see "membership-based coffee shops." You're not in THAT upscale of an area to even do that. Get it together.

A charming hidden gem in the West Village! The decor is absolutely so cute!! The vibe is just perfect - it's the kind of place that makes you want to stay and soak it all in. Their matcha latte was particularly good - definitely worth trying if you visit. They also carry adorable retail items, including their logoed caps and some fragrances :)

I have been multiple times to this lovely coffee shop. The atmosphere is exactly what you need for a chat with friends but also to work - there is a subscription to access the wifi and you get a discount on drink. I was on holiday so didn't need that service but if I was working, I would definitely considered the subscription and went there every day to work with my laptop!
Everyone is respectful of each other, the seats are cosy with beautiful linen cushions. There's also a charming green couch for groups.
In term of beverages, I tasted the iced peppermint tea - 100% recommend!
