Such a fun and unique experience! The interior is beautiful and mushroom themed (as expected). It's fun spotting all of the mushroom details scattered throughout the restaurant.
Food was delicious and the presentation was stunning. They charge market price to supplement certain mushrooms in dishes, but it's worth it to experience rarer mushrooms you don't see everyday.

Will change to 5 stars when they learn how to wash morels so there’s no sand left in them. That was unexpectedly crunchy experience. Everything else was quite delicious. Of course, being a vegan kitchen places serious limitations on the taste - nothing brings out mushroom flavors like animal fat - but they handle this self-imposed impediment really well.

I came here in a group of 3, and we got 5 dishes, plus focaccia and the others got dessert. I think some of dishes sometimes vary seasonally by which mushroom they use in them because their menu online is very similar to the one we got, but sometimes featured a different mushroom. The dishes at the bottom of the menu are more complex, and I recommend those.
Overall I found the dishes pretty unique and we enjoyed them. My favorite was the morel with grits, but the oyster mushrooms...
