I always order food to go so I can't speak to the restaurant experience, but overall I love this place! Don't see where the bad reviews are coming from. Belcampo is an amazing place doing incredible regenerative agriculture. The meat is a bit expensive but you get what you pay for. In store they offer a butcher shop as well. Check it out!

Not very impressed by my experience at Belcampo. Firstly, the food is ok. The salad is mundane - too much dressing and everything including the steak is cold. It tastes like they just opened one of their to-go salad boxes, drenched it in oil and threw it into a plate... Secondly, service is bad. We had to wave for 5 minutes before someone came and took our order. The server wasn't friendly at all. He was very impatient when we asked him questions about the menus. All in all, Belcampo isn't a restaurant that I will come back any time soon.

My friends made reservations during dinner time, but when we arrived there wasn't a table available so we had to wait a bit longer. We sat at the tables out in front and the hostess gave us water and complimentary fries while we waited for a table to open up. Food: I ordered the thai chicken salad and it was delicious!

We came here prior to seeing Sleep No More. Loved everything about this place! Super cool, brand new, hipster vibe. Great service all around. We had salads - Cobb and Chicken Satay salads. Both amazing. We also tried the bone broth since it came free with checking in on Yelp! Can't wait to go back here. Great job!

We like this place because the food serves organic, grass fed meats and bone broth.The food is delicious, the service is good and very helpful, and the decor is clean and welcoming. We highly recommend visiting this restaurant.

I love coming to this location, the staff is always pleasant and makes the dining experience really enjoyable. KiKi is phenomenal, her customer service and welcoming smile is always pleasing to see when ordering. She even informed me one day about downloading the app which is super efficient when ordering Marcella is wonderful and always has a bubbly, and professional personality which is great to see. She is super helpful and makes the environment very warming. As a customer, seeing someone that brings that's energy out just makes me want to come back!

This is a decent dining choice if you are wanting to dine in the area. It is not the best burger and fries you can have in NYC but it's still decent. I believe they are organic or locally sourced perhaps both. I wasn't really paying attention but just wanted to eat lunch. It is a bit pricey but in line with NYC prices.

The fact that this place has only 3.3 stars is proof that a small, vocal group of negative people have outsize influence on ratings. 3.3 IS COMPLETELY INACCURATE. I rarely write reviews but this rating compelled me to do so. I’ve been to this location at least 10 times in the last 3-4 months (I work in the area) and have always had exceptional, superlative food. Service is solid, not consistently matching the excellence of the food, but nothing worth rating below 4-5 stars. Hope you give it a try and more ratings balance out the miserable people.

Although food was okay, we waited about 25mins to get our food. Our waiter was hard to find. When we received a bill, we were charged $10 for fries, instead of $6 which was notified to our waiter, but he seemed extremely annoyed about it. umm... hellow? do math right then. Lamb burger had its unique lamb smell, so if you do not want the smell, do not order. I am just not sure if food was worth wait of 25mins.

This review is only for delivery: I was craving beef tallow fries after relistening to Malcolm gladwell's lecture on McDonalds French fries so I did a Postmates search and here we are. Why not also get a smash burger as well! Everything was solid and my order was correct. Pricey? You betcha, but delivery wise it was actually comparable to getting shake shack delivered. Not sure if I would ever visit this place but I got no complaints.

Even though I’m a repeated customer (I love their Burger, to me one of the best ones in town) this time I’ve followed the advice of the Bartender Ilia who suggested my friend and I to try the Porterhouse. Everything from the presentation of the plate, the cooking meat level (as per our indication), the amazing taste and tenderness of the meat to the super delicious cocktails the Bartender suggested us to pair our dinner with, made the whole experience something I’m looking forward to repeat very soon.

I can’t speak for the restaurant, as we had the burger takeout, but as far as fast food burgers go it was well above average. They are unique in that they are farm to table and it’s their own farms. If you want a high class steak dinner don’t got to a burger joint. If you want a great burger - check this place out!

Went with my colleagues on a Friday lunch and food was pretty good!! There are so many options to choose from burger, bowls, broth,... I had the vessel bowl: so good and tasty! Spicy lamb shawarma over cauliflower rice with tomatoes and cucumber. Healthy option but not those boring healthy options! High quality ingredients. Service was good, we were there at 12.05 and by 12.50 we finished our meal and paid the check. The only thing why I don't give the 4 stars is because I think the menu is a bit pricey. However, given the location I can understand why...
