We visited this nice Italian restaurant in autumn 2019. Food was very good (generally the basic menu) and the staff was great - very kind and helpful. When we returned to NYC we visited Bella Napoli again and everything was the same - very good. Special thanks to Tony and Karim - we hope you are well.

All the pizza slices! My veggie slice was almost beyond comparison, chock-full of veggies, crisp crust, and delicious flavors. I love it.

My boyfriend and I just had dinner here and we had an overall wonderful experience. We were looking for a relaxing Italian meal. We loved the Sinatra playing and we were given the best homemade tiramisu I’ve ever had. So thank you for giving us the perfect meal for our last night on our New York vacay. We will definitely visit again the next time we are in the city :)

This restaurant is my favorite. I eat in plenty of restaurants but to this restaurant I constantly return again and again. The crew is very warm and the cooking they serve is so flavorful. I never miss an opportunity to have a decent dinner in this place. I highly recommend this place.

DO NOT ORDER. This place has been SHUT DOWN by the NYC health department. However, they are still accepting orders for delivery. I placed an order and the pizza showed up looking like the delivery guy played basketball with it on the way here. I wanted to reach out to them and that's when I started to find out that they were actually shutdown. I have NO IDEA where this pizza even came from. BEYOND SHADY.

This restaurant was included in our Sightseeing Pass and a completely free meal...I had low expectations when I saw it however I’d have been prepared to pay for it! It doesn’t look the most salubrious, I was apprehensive but as it was a quick lunch we stayed. It was some of the best chicken I ate in New York! It’s almost canteen style, all laid out but someone serves you. They’re happy to answer questions. You choose your meat or main from a small but good selection, choose a side and drinks and take a seat. No fuss or frills. I had the ‘Vodka Chicken’. So tender and flavoursome. I believe it was the Owner (Tony??) who came round and checked that everything was good with our meal. Nice touch given it was all served buffet selection style. Wish we’d had time to go back again!

I tried out Bella Napoli because I had an offer. wow! lunch time portion of bowtie pasta and chicken piccata was big and delicious. staff was friendly. too. I took my food to go.

I phoned in a reservation last week for lunch on Sunday for a party of 8 and discussed specifics at length with Marcos, presumably the manager. I left my phone number in case they needed to contact me. When I showed up at the restaurant on Sunday, the door was open but it was dark and the restaurant was clearly closed. I was met by a single staff person who barely grunted out an apology. I had to scramble to find another place for my group to eat with minutes to spare. To say that I was angry would be an understatement.
Tony was fabulous. So warm and welcoming. The eggplant rollatini and Bella Napoli salad were both delicious. Such an underrated neighborhood spot!

We got here based on the suggestion for the New York sightseeing pass. We were not disappointed. The food was fantastic!! The waiter was very nice and accommodating. He accepted our passes and the food made us really full. The menu to choose from was limited because of the sightseeing app used but all choices were great! We each ordered an extra slice of pizza (not included with the pass) and our total came to around $23 (mandatory service fee was $10 for the free meal.) while waiting for our free food, we ordered 2 extra slices of pizza and 2 extra sodas which was $13. Unfortunately they forgot to bring out the garlic bread that comes included.

We have ordered from here many times, and our order has been messed up and late every time. Our order today was missing 3 pizza, and there was cheese on a dairy free pizza. It also showed up 45 minutes late for our huge office meeting. They did eventually send us the correct pizzas, but when they arrived all of the cheese and toppings has slid off the pizzas. The delivery guy said it was because there was too much sauce.

What a great restaurant!!! We are visiting from Colorado and ate our first meal at Bella Napoli. Great and interesting food and a soothing/ quiet environment in this noisy city. Eat there!!!!
