Very rude and awkward customer service. Big chubby dude behind the counter has a patience problem and doesn't know how to handle Customer. I've been in here multiple times and they try to rush you to choose a flavor. That's not the way things work and if you want continued business you need to start treating customers right.

I think the atmosphere being unwelcoming was the worst. A person I was meeting there ended up waiting for me for an hour because of transit and as soon as I came in, the woman said "thank goodness you got here. I was ready to kick her out" and I said "okay" and she replied "I'm serious" I am unsure of the response she wanted from us. The store was empty. If my friend needed to buy something, a polite thing to do would be to tell her that instead of just berating me as soon as I walked in. We would have ordered ice cream to eat there and then more to go, but she made us uncomfortable, so we just left. Not to mention the fact they are fairly disorganized just trying to order as each worker seemed to be doing their own thing and not paying much attention.
I thank the owner for replying to my post. This happened on Saturday night (7/6) around 8:30pm.

My absolute favorite ice cream & this location has the friendliest staff ever. Coffee coffee buzz buzz is my go to ice cream flavor when I go or when I order pints for delivery through grocery shopping!
