This place hits the spot after a long walk around Times Square. The selection is great and the employees are very helpful! We hard the dirt cup along with a few mix items in waffle cones! Yum!!!

Such a disappointment. Usually, an in-person Ben & Jerry’s hosts a variety of unique, fresh flavors, epitomizing the wonder of the company. This did not. I wish I had just saved my money and bought a pint from the drug store. Truly a disgrace to a great ice cream empire. Please get your dessert somewhere else.
We had to get an ice cream for our daughter after the many miles/kilometers we walked that day. 8 year old legs can only go so far. All she wanted in the freezing cold was an ice cream. What better place to go than a Ben & Jerry's in Times Square. Amazing service and ice cream
