I'm a huge Ben and Jerry's fan, but was honestly kind of bummed with this experience. While my favorite flavors were thankfully in stock, the ice cream was very runny and liquidy- perhaps a freezer malfunction? Not a huge deal when you're getting a run of the mill scoop, but at $8 for a waffle cone and 2 scoops, I'd hope the quality would match the price tag! My friend and I were hoping to sit inside but the tables weren't clean. At the end of the day I got my chocolate fix so can't complain too badly, but will be trying another location next time.

Went in around 5:00 - was warned that my ice cream wouldn't hold up in a cone, much appreciated! Funny and friendly staff!

Love the workers and their fresh scoops! They have every topping you want and you'll enjoy it! One scoop is never enough so always go for more!

Rude manager. You don't yell at customer and said to customers that whoever finished their ice cream please get out. Wtf. We paid to eat your just average ice cream, where is the manner? This store clearly is not inviting people to come, im not going back because there are other ice cream shops out there. Go home if you don't know how to treat customers.

Stopped in once a couple of years ago for free ice cream. The vegan almond brittle was SO GOOD. Hoping they have even more vegan flavors now.

If you like Ben & Jerry’s, this spot is for you. Because, well, they have Ben & Jerry’s ice cream of course! Clean, convenient, and never too crowded. Friendly staff as well. Reasonably priced for nyc. Wide variety of options. Would check it out

The google maps shows Sunday hours are open until 11pm. But it is 10:24pm and it’s already close.

Came here on a Friday it was empty. There are only 4 small tables, no bathroom. It is a very small shop. The worker was blah, looked like he didn't want to be there. They have a bunch of different flavors. I had the non dairy almond Crunch and something with peca.s in it. With a caramel cone that I didn't know was also coated inside the come with white chocolate. Maybe that's why it cost $11 for two scoops. Overall good experience, I got to read my book when eating and noone bothered me.

Little on the expensive side but it is the location otherwise it is good the quality you expect from Ben & Jerry's

Ordered a birthday cake and called to check on the status of my order to confirm it was received and paid for. Sabrina answered my call, she was RUDE and abrupt. I was shocked when she hung up on me while I was still speaking. TERRIBLE customer service!!!

Exactly what you'd expect from a Ben & Jerry's. The ice cream is good, the prices are a little steep, but not outrageous. I came here for NYU restaurant week, so I got a discount on the small which was nice. I actually tried a new flavor here, and got the chocolate ice cream with brownie bites in it, and I really enjoyed it. The service is really good here, so that's surely a plus. If you want ice cream, here's a good place to get it.

I wanted single-scoop of ice cream in a plain sugar cone. Apparently, they don't do that. Had to get two scoops in a cone covered with sprinkles for over $8. Have to watch my calories for the rest of the weekend. The ice cream is great and it was a pleasure to see a scoop shop in the East Village again. But, I may be steering clear of this one. First time I've said anything negative about Ben & Jerry's in 35 years.

Since summer started I have been to this location a number of times, I go every week or every other week, sometimes twice a week. I always order the SAME Ice cream/ size. I went in one night and the associate gave me a scoop and a half. I ordered 2 scoops. I told her that it looked small and she said "well. They're measured". I paid and left. I called the manager next week. John, the manager was great and offered me a free ice cream. I went in to get it later thAt week and everything was great. I went back again after that and everything was great .The next weekend I went back, I saw the person who messed up my order , this person served me again and again she gave me a scoop and a half, there was actually air in the cup. I couldn't believe it and I didn't want to complain again bc it would have sounded crazy. Unfortunately they lost a customer. I feel like there are other places I can go and get the same thing/size every time. Actually get what I'm paying for. I feel like this particular associate either is lazy or is trying to hoard ice cream for herself.
