A very large typical deli in Manhattan. The owners strive to make every customer happy they make the very best matzoh balls, and they also have tongue sandwiches. They’re my very favorite.
Pastrami sandwich was excellent nice and tender not too fatty. The BBQ brisket was excellent I subbed out fries for some sweet crispy onion rings. Israeli salad was refreshing and the chicken soups was excellent don't forgot you need to add order matzo balls added to your soup.Lunch was served with kosher pickles and coleslaw. Try adding the coleslaw to your BBQ brisket sandwich.?
We wanted to try a true NYC corned beef sandwich with the ability to sit down. The place is pretty dated, but the sandwiches and cole slaw were good. Price was decent at $17.00 for the sandwich that I shared with a friend. Plenty of food. My daughter had 1/2 sandwich and soup and the soup was a large bowl, not a cup. All in all, we felt it was a good deli sandwich experience.
