I would’ve loved to give this spot a 5 star, the food was pretty good, obviously the spices are toned down to cater to the demographic. But no complaints about the food. The server, he looked like a young (mid 20s) Nepali guy, ruined the night for me. I don’t know if he was holding a grudge against me specifically, but he was extremely rude. Me and my boyfriend came for dinner and he was alright to him but really rude to me. He rushed me, gave me a nasty look and so much attitude for no reason, then said he would come back when I finished making a decision… but I had ordered a drink and an appetizer. Eventually another female server took over since he left, she was sweet.
It sucks since every other person there was respectful & nice. I don’t know if he was having a bad day, or if that’s just how he is, but I don’t think its worth going back…

Ordered Via Grub Hub ,
Firstly they said food was on the way arriving soon, even after an hour delay still said 5 minutes.
Eventually after 3 chats with Grub hub the order was cancelled.
Very poor service for a very simple order
Fantastic experience. Saag paneer w the coconut naan is out of this world good.

I recently visited Bengal Tiger and tried the chicken masala, palak paneer, and garlic naan. The chicken masala had a rich and flavorful sauce, while the palak paneer was creamy and full of spices. The garlic naan was a perfect accompaniment, soft with just the right amount of garlic. Overall, the meal was satisfying, and I’d definitely recommend Bengal Tiger for anyone looking for great Indian food.

Fantastic food, great service, and a lovely new location. Bengal Tiger is one of, if not the best Indian spots imho. I find myself here multiple times a month despite NYC having so many incredible restaurants, which says it all.

Food was ok kind. Nothing great. I ordered delivery and delivery sucked. It took more than an hour and fifteen minutes instead of 30-45 minutes as promised. I doubt that I will order again from them.
Best food to try out and best admosphere. Awesome new location. This place never disappoint us .

If you’re craving authentic Indian flavors, this place is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, the aroma of freshly cooked spices transported me straight to the heart of India.
The food was a perfect balance of tradition and innovation. I tried their butter chicken and garlic naan, which were hands down the best I’ve ever had. The chicken was tender, the gravy was creamy and flavorful, and the naan was warm and fresh out of the tandoor. Their lamb biryani was equally exceptional—fragrant, perfectly spiced, and served with a cooling raita.
The service was top-notch. The staff was attentive, friendly, and

The hotel has a good ambience, but I was very disappointed with the service and food quality. I visited with a friend to enjoy Indian food, but their roti was made of maida instead of wheat flour. Additionally, the portion size of curry was too small for two people, so we ordered daal, but its quality was extremely disappointing.
When I tried to share my feedback, the staff didn’t even bother to listen. Overall, it was an unsatisfactory experience.
