I bought some take away at Liverpool Street. I buy from wasabi a few times a month. In this occasion the 4 boxes I bought all had spoiled avocado and I had to throw them out. This was the first bad batch I ever bought and wasabi customer service was great and the store refunded me fully. So I can only say I will continue to buy

This food is terrible. Do not come here unless you like dry chicken and brown avocados the sushi tasted like rotted fish. The place is clean and nice but that does not matter when it comes to the food i was severely dissatisfied with this food the chicken was hard as a rock and nasty. i would not recommend for visitors 2/10.

Spotlessly clean place and food was fresh and very good. Busy location and displays are clear so you can see what you want

I haven’t had Wasabi! In years, so I was glad to see they were in NYC. It is a little different from a London based one, but still just as good. All the food was pre-prepared, we got two Katsu Curries to-go, two days in a row. Check out was fast and easy. In and out in 5 minutes. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for something quick to go. Hot and cold foods.

I love this place in the UK but was a little disappointed with my visit to the one in Times Square. First they didn’t have individual pieces to build your own box. I would up getting a combo California roll with salmon nigiri. The salmon was fresh and good but the roll not so good. The avocado was mushy and they were the smallest rolls I have seen. I actually didn’t finish it because of the feel of the avocado. Also the checkout was painfully slow.

We were planning to have lunch at this Sushi and Bento Restaurant. Unfortunately the music was extremely loud so we decided to move on. Is this a helpful review? Then please give me a "Thumbs up Thank FrankGeisler" by clicking the button below.

Always our lunch fallback. We get the poke bowl and a few sushi boxes and this time we added the Shrimp Shumai. Always good, never great. Fast and fresh and just south of Times Square

Was looking for a place that had a decent and quick soup since my go-to fave Itsu is closed. I ordered a small chicken gyoza soup. It was overall good and had a great flavor. The thin rice noodles in the soup were ok but I feel the overall flavors and textures of the soup would have been complimented with a different type of noodle. Maybe a rice noodle like a pho noodle? It was a decent soup but didn't compare to what I was looking for (Itsu's soup). Took off a star because I bit into two separate lemon slices, lemon skin and all. I get that lemon is part of the recipe but I really don't need it taking up space in the soup...nor do I want to bite into it. Took off another star because I had intended to get sushi too but the limited selection looked like it had been sitting out all day. I understand that with covid, sales are slower but it seems messed up to sell sushi & bento boxes that have been sitting out all day. Because of the environment with covid, I feel they should consider making items fresh. Would probably cut back on food waste too. Would go back if I was starving, my soup was still very good but I wouldn't go out of my way for it like I do for other places.

We had just finished our Statue of Liberty visit and we were looking for some lunch - Bento Sushi is located in a busy retail neighborhood on bustling Broadway. This was our first-ever visit to Bento Sushi. The sushi was good - not great. Noodles were good - not great. Service is quick.

The soup had a chemical taste to it. Supposedly it a was a vegetable soup with noodles and I counted 2 string beans and nothing else. The noodles were thick and had a bad after taste. The service was rude. Did not eat it. $9 rip off.

This place was across the street from our hotel. Got there as soon as they opened for the day and we both got noodles, it was very good and tasty and the workers were friendly.

Decent noodle, rice or sushi at a reasonable price. Very tight and limited seating but good for people watching. Sushi was fresh. Bottled drinks.

I never mind pre-made sushi but this has way too much rice. I peeled off half the rice and considered it edible!
