Loved this place. Will definitely return the next time we're in Manhattan. Great service, exceptional food, really good. I had the steak frites and honestly I think it's one of the best steaks I've ever had, bar none. Super. We also ordered a Greek salad to share and it was very fresh and tasty.

Bartender made my drink with a much cheaper liquor than was stated on the menu and got really nasty when I pointed it out. Put my bottle of water on the bar unopened and without a glass. I asked for a food menu but he never returned to take an order so I can’t speak on the food. The bar is >25% full, there’s no reason for service to be this poor.

Classic Christmas throw up on a bar. Really poor service here. Long wait to be seated despite a reservation. They didn't even get us our table we just went over to the bar. Bartender took our order for drinks and truffle fries still took half an hour to get those. Bar staff was not friendly.

The worst service we have received in years. Our waiter was rude, ignored us, and made us feel unwelcome. Wildly disappointing as this was the first night in NYC while staying at the OMNI after a long day of travel. We had 2 more reservations there for breakfast this week, canceled them both and won't ever go back.

Food is excellent. The evening wait staff was not particularly friendly. They seemed disinterested. When I first entered the restaurant, a number of staff saw me waiting to be seated but never made a move to greet me. I must have waited a good 15 minutes before anyone approached me. That said, the waitress I had for breakfast was excellent!! Very pleasant!

Awful service. The server spilled my drink each time he served one. He also spilled my fries because he banged the plate on the table. No apologies whatsoever. You may want to change, every once in a while, the oil you fry things in. Fries smelled like you have used this oil forever. Very poor place. I regret my experience.
