The worst service we have received in years. Our waiter was rude, ignored us, and made us feel unwelcome. Wildly disappointing as this was the first night in NYC while staying at the OMNI after a long day of travel. We had 2 more reservations there for breakfast this week, canceled them both and won't ever go back.

Food is excellent. The evening wait staff was not particularly friendly. They seemed disinterested. When I first entered the restaurant, a number of staff saw me waiting to be seated but never made a move to greet me. I must have waited a good 15 minutes before anyone approached me. That said, the waitress I had for breakfast was excellent!! Very pleasant!

Berk's Bar is simply amazing! From the cozy atmosphere to the impeccable service and delicious cocktails, this place is a true gem. The staff is attentive and friendly, ensuring a memorable experience with each visit. Can't wait to go back!
