I like Beyond Sushi as a vegetarian/mostly vegan living in Manhattan and dined there most recently in February 2026. However, both myself and others I know who dine there, cannot understand why their delicious dumplings are only offered at lunch! The dumplings were removed on the dinner menu a long time ago. This is not a good decision. As a vegetarian/ mostly vegan, we are limited already so loved having dumplings as an option at dinner to go with Sushi etc. I would like to understand...

It seems like their non-sushi items are more appetizing and would probably suggest that for people visiting. Finally tried Beyond Sushi and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The spicy mango roll was such a standout — fresh, flavorful, and the perfect balance of sweet heat. We also ordered the spicy ramen and it was a huge hit — rich, comforting, and packed with flavor without feeling heavy.
