I’ve been getting boba drinks from biao for a year now (thank you Classpass) and I really love their seasonal varieties. They have some unique twists to classic drinks, like pudding in the taro drinks.
The staff are very friendly and the service is quick. I look forward to visits to herald square area so I can pick up some Biao boba! :)

I ordered bubble tea from Biao Sugar — and it was one of the best I’ve ever had! The flavor was absolutely perfect: well-balanced sweetness, rich taste, and high-quality ingredients. The tapioca was soft, fresh, and melted in my mouth. The service was top-notch — fast, friendly, and with a smile. Definitely a 5-star experience! I’ll be ordering again and recommending it to all my friends!

Used to be my favourite, but after this order I am staying away. The logo on the outside changed. Ordered a brown sugar bubble tea and it tasted so water down, in terms of tea, milk and brown suger. Packaging also changed to non branded cover.

I had Brown Sugar Milk Tea here the other night. It was AWFUL. The tapioca is just like the one from the canned bubble tea that they sell at five below. I asked for tapioca and got jelly with the tapioca which I did not ask for. Wasted $7 on this drink. AVOID!! Just go to HEYTEA.
It's actually good. Usually I like my brown sugar teas with milk and this is perfect, alot of other places add too little or too much milk if be tasting like a baby 🍼 bottle. The foam on top is so damn good. And the boba is soft but still squishy. Plus it's right out side the station so you can stop by during your commute. I'm definitely coming back

I had the pleasure to work with Biao Sugar on a Tarot Collaboration for Halloween. The owner, and their team were so kind, welcoming, and efficient that it made the process seamless. Furthermore, I had Biao Sugar catered for my birthday party. Everything came well packaged and on time which made the catering for my party that much easier. I would recommend Biao Sugar for not only amazing bubble tea, but for catering of large parties, and overall the amazing customer experience.
