food literally gross. undercooked fried chicken, like raw. Cripsy pork with the bone still on it. Literally disgusting tasting food.

This is a small version of the Big Wong on Mott Street in Chinatown. It has a very limited menu and is more expensive but the food was good and it saves a trip to Chinatown. I had roast duck noodle soup and got lots of duck in a very tasty soup. My husband got a rice plate with roast pork and roast duck. He said both were good and the skin in the roast pork was very crispy. Service was very fast.

The food quality has really went down hill. Now they also charge a gratuity for 2 guests on their bill. Ordered chicken lo-mein. Server bought out vegetable. Then made her aware of it. She just bought out a side of cold unflavored chicken. Then I was a nice guy to pay her tip in cash with a 20.00. she ask can she keep the whole tip. her 20% only came out to $14.00. I told her yes. guess she needed it that bad. Normally I wouldnt object if the food & service was good. But I was terrible. I was going to this place for over 15 years. Never again will I go to this place. I will be going to Flushing to find a new place for Congee & other dishes
The food was authentic but the owner was rude. A friend and I arrived around 7.30pm and as the website advertised, their closing time supposed to be 9.30pm but somehow the owner was hurrying us to finish, not by words, but through passive aggressive gestures. It was very annoying. At the end right before departure. I asked politely that what time do they close, did we stay too late. But the owner did not explain anything and even said we did not overstay. So it made us very confused what was the problem.

DO NOT COME HERE. Was here last night we ate in with a group of 6. The hostess is extremely rude and barely spoke any English and only Mandarin Chinese. All the food were extra salty to hide the staleness. Don't think this place will last long with terrible service and food.

This restaurant is highly unsafe and irresponsible for serving raw pork dumplings. Consuming raw pork poses serious health risks, including foodborne illnesses and parasites. Avoid this place at all costs.
They delivered food without including any utensils, such as chopsticks or a fork, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. Poor attention to customer needs.

I ordered delivery from this place. The fried pork dumplings came raw. If you ever order from this restaurant, you gotta make sure it’s well cooked.

Totally raw pork dumplings, soft and all pink inside, very dangerous and totally unacceptable... see picture. This restaurant needs to be closed as soon as possible!

Dispite my initial excitement when spotting the sign at the old Tipsy Shanghai spot that opened less than a year ago. Tried take out several times and each is meh compared to the OG mott street location. The meats are either cold or reheated. Pork skin no longer crispy, 4 out of 5 soup dumpling broke. Portions are small, prices are 25-50% higher. Alas it's too good to be true, wonder how long will last.Rarely see ppl dining, takeouts mostly.

As a Cantonese-American - so great to get authentic Canto food in Hells Kitchen. Highly recommend getting the combo meats (roast pork, roast pig, duck, chicken)
