We stumbled upon this place after a day in NYC. Sebastian, the owner, was so kind and his food is amazing! We got the privilege to hear his story of making his hobby into a business! Simple but tasty pasta at a great price! A must go place!

Sebastian and his team have created such a welcoming environment with the BEST pasta we've ever had!! Handmade and fresh pasta with amazing sauce. We had the bolognese and it was incredible. The owner was so kind and generous. We just loved it!

Mama Mia! The best pasta I have ever had, many simple and complex sauces with homemade pasta. The owner was also there and he made sure we were enjoying our food and loved to talk about his home made pastas and sauces, amazing NY water, Italy, and life!

These review must be fake or AI. Everything is “premade” and for both dishes we got (mushrooms and prosciutto), they tasted canned. Like Campbell’s cream of mushroom soup on top of pasta and canned ham on top of pasta. It took 1 min max for dishes to come out. It was honestly the most disgusting dishes I’ve ever eaten. Nothing like photos shown. Place gives Temu and school cafeteria vibes.

The building itself is small, and only holds around 7 people. However, it has a great atmosphere and the food is delicious! You can really taste the freshness in the noodles, as they’re made in front of you. The owner is incredibly charismatic and chatty, and tends to check up on the customers who dine in. Can’t wait to visit again! This is a must go if you’re visiting the area.

Amazing experience, owner personally came out to explain his genius and his story. Everything is made fresh with the freshest ingredients AT AN AMAZING price! Definitely will be returning.

A gem! We loved our fresh pasta!! It came out within a couple of minutes and was steaming hot. Cute little spot too with a few bar stools to sit at.

I had the Salsa Antica and ordered for pickup. It was ready promptly, fresh, and piping hot. Obviously the noodles were great. The flavor was definitely unique, but very delicious! The cinnamon came through strong and cut through any fishiness you would get from the anchovies. The basil is on the tougher side, which added some nice texture!
Great vibes all around. I’d recommend to anyone who likes cinnamon, and wants to try something different from the typical Italian pasta you’d find anywhere.

For what is - a takeout pasta place - Bigoi is really good. We tried two pastas - the regular Pomodoro (?) and the Puttanesca. Both were very good, but I preferred the Pomodoro. The sauce had perfect flavor (cheesy, garlicky, tomatoey). The noodles are definitely made from scratch and have a doughy taste to them. I have had made from scratch pasta in the past, but never anything so doughy. So not sure if this how "good" pasta is supposed to taste or not.
The portion size - for what you pay - is very good, easily enough for two portions.

I had the beef ragu pasta and it was fantastic. The texture was bouncy and al dente, the favor of the sauce was delicious and the atmosphere was cute and homey. The staff were so nice, friendly and accommodating, I can't wait to come back.
