Made a reservation here for yesterday for an early dinner. They were able to take us early which was great. Crowded inside, especially I’m sure due to the time of year and proximity to Rockefeller Center. Our server was nice and friendly. Quick service. Good menu with a lot to choose from. We all enjoyed our apps: the giant pretzel and wings. Everyone enjoyed their burgers they got. Sliders came in 3, or 5 and the 5 came with some onion rings and fries. Good choice to split that meal as those sliders were a decent size. Overall a solid meal.

Awful experience.Table reservation for 7pm eventually sat down in chaotic atmosphere at 7.40pm. Food eventually on table at 8.10pm. Cheesesteak sandwich had brush bristles in it, presume from a griddle brush. Had to go back. Further ten minute wait. Eventually got edible food that was okay but not brilliant. Table was 12inches or so from a corner and my chair stuck out into the isle. Waiting staff serving and clearing tables had eight collisions with my chair without any apology. I was given a 20% discount for brush bristles but all in all the experience was awful and never again.

I took 27 NYC 8th graders to this place. Staff was amazing, prices were so reasonable and my kids had a great time. The food was awesome. I highly recommend this place. Its about a five minute walk from the 9/11 museum/memorial. Its close to the subway which took us to the LIRR to get back to our school. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the amazing staff at Bill’s Bar and Burgers!

Spent a few evenings in here after a days sightseeing , Happy hour 5 days a week with beers for $6 with the obligatory service charge . Food in here is the usual American fare . Order onion rings to share the chicken sandwich was the best I’ve had in ages

Good location. Traveling with kid in wheelchair and the tables are really close a little hard to navigate. I got a burger rancher. It was really good. The sweet potato fries should not be offered they were not good. The onion ring are very good.

I've been here before so I know the food is good. It was a very crowded Saturday. Seated immediately and out waitress came pretty much right away with water. We pretty much knew what we wanted and ordered. Then what felt like 1/2 with no food we were sort of wondering what was going on but since we weren't in a rush no biggie. Our waitress then came over to apologize for a glitch in the order system. Our order would be out soon but she sincerely apologized and offered chips and salsa. She was kind, polite and apologetic in the crazy busy place this was. She was exactly what a great server should be. We didn't get her name but were were there around noon at the last high top by the dumb water. Please tell her thank you.

Food was really good (especially the fries) and service was very quick. HOWEVER, because of the crowd size and quick service, you trade off having a nice interaction with the server. Not their fault in any way at all, they have a job to do, but the experience seemed just a little bit robotic.
Great food, came out quick. Super busy, so the service is slow.The milkshakes we're yummy!! Can't go wrong with Bills burger!

We were wandering looking for a quick light meal. This is a great place for that. It is also great if you have a bigger hunger. The menu is large with apps, burgers, chicken dishes, and more. Our food came out quickly and was very good. Service was excellent.

A wonderful experience, very good the girl who attended to us NELKIN, excellent service, I was marveled by his way of working and attending to us. My family was left wanting to come back when we return to New York for sure. Very good customer service.
