This is a tourist spot. The burger and fries were decent, although my friend's fries were delivered cold. The service was terrible. Our waiter was not friendly and was missing most of the time. He never came to check on us and I had to flag down another waiter for a missing drink. The restaurant was busy though, but likely from tourists visiting the 9/11 Memorial and World Financial Center. I wouldn't come here again.

Bill's Bar and Burger, West Street. New York City. I found the atmosphere cozy and inviting, with a classic New York feel. The bar staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making you feel right at home.
The drink menu is extensive, offering a wide variety of cocktails, beers, and wines. I tried a few different cocktails, and each one was expertly crafted and delicious. The bartenders clearly take pride in their work.
The food is also excellent. I had the burgers, and they were juicy and flavorful. The fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable for New York City.
If you're looking for a great place to relax and enjoy a drink or a meal in New York City, I highly recommend Bill's Bar. It's a truly special place that offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent service.

I had a really good time at Bill’s this past week. The service was really great and the sever was very nice. The burgers are what you come here for but if you are not in a burger mood, they have lots of different bar foods for you to try. The bar pretzels are fantastic as well. Although I did not get a shake, I have seen them in person and in photos and all reports are that they are amazing. Definitely worth a stop if you are coming from out of town and want a slam dunk spot to go to for bar food.
Vegetarian options: There are some good options, pretzels, fries, onion rings.
Dietary restrictions: Ask your waiter they can accommodate changes as needed.
Parking: Street parking can be hot or miss, but then again it’s NYC, you’re probably not driving
Kid-friendliness: Yes bring the kids, there are lots of booths and tables as well for larger crowds.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there is a flat entry way

Stayed at the Marriot Hotel and dined at Bill's a few times this past week. Food is ok however the service here is subpar. Both times that I dined in I had to flag down my server(s) for refills and the check. Then when I ordered food to eat in my room I wasn't given napkins, ketchup or plasticware. Expected a lot more from this place considering the hotel was so pricey.
