The place looks cute & the baked goods look delicious, but the service was nonexistent (to not say horrid). I went in today around 8, about 2 hours before closing. There was a woman cleaning behind the counter. She looked up when I walked in, & I instinctively said “hi, how are you?” She said nothing back to me, just looked annoyed & continued cleaning. I was confused for a moment, so quietly asked my husband if I misread the situation… Did I not hear her greet us or respond to me? Were they actually close to closing? Did I do something wrong? That woman was just being rude for whatever reason... I decided not to buy anything, & just left immediately. I was excited to try this place, but not anymore.

Pretty cupcake, modern almost bridal. Tasted 3 flavors... sugary. No differentiation. Just sweet. Cake was crumbly but powdery not moist. Frosting my goodness sickly sweet. Really disappointing

If you are looking for a nice creamy and thick cheese cake here is a good option. I would say the crusting is above average in taste!
I went to Billy’s bakery for the first time and I got a red velvet cupcake (my personal favorite flavor) and it was amazing, love the texture of the cupcake and the cream cheese frosting brings it all together. Will definitely go back to try more. 💯

When I showed up with this cake, which was already a surprise for the special guest, she immediately saw the bag and was ecstatic to see it was from Billy's Bakery. They depicted Miffy perfectly, and the taste was also spot on! Would definitely order with BB again in the future for any occasion!
