Very chill atmosphere. Soft piano music plays over the speaker at a low volume. There's a pretty view of the street. The chocolate cake was very good, and the hot chocolate was a perfect way to warm up on a chilly day.

Billy’s made the BEST cake for our event. Delivery was easy. Moist chocolate cake and the buttercream was perfect. Great communication during the ordering process to make sure the image we wanted came out exactly right. Thank you Billy’s Bakery!

Billy’s Bakery sits near Central Park like a well-behaved macaron pretending it doesn’t know it’s pastel. One wanders in expecting a sugar rush and exits having experienced a full operetta in buttercream. The air hums with vanilla—proper vanilla, not the synthetic sort that tastes like regret—and every surface seems dusted with the polite confidence of powdered sugar. This is not a bakery that shouts; it trills. It curtsies. It knows the difference between whimsy and chaos and chooses whimsy every time.
The cakes are dressed as if for a garden party attended by strawberries with trust funds. Frosting arrives in swoops and ruffles, piped with a restraint that suggests finishing school for dairy. Cupcakes stand at attention, their domes lacquered with ganache so glossy it could double as a looking glass. Even the crumbs behave themselves, scattering like confetti that has read Emily Post.
To eat at Billy’s is to be briefly sugared into grace. You leave with pink fingertips, a softened heart, and the lingering sense that elegance—true elegance—can, in fact, be made of flour, butter, and a slightly flirtatious amount of cream cheese. Central Park may offer grand promenades and heroic squirrels, but Billy’s offers something rarer: confectionary charm with impeccable manners and a wink of silliness beneath the icing. 🍰

5$ for a very mediocre small cupcake should be illegal
It was a lovely little shop. The cheesecake was very tasty.
Quaint cafe across the museum.
Americano was smooth and hit the spot. Nice selection of baked goods, they look delicious.

Just walked out after getting ignored in an empty store while the employee washed dishes.
Tried to get a retention several times, obviously not interested in making a sale

Great cakes.
I ordered a cupcake and lemon bar online for an afternoon treat. The cupcake was probably one of the driest I’ve had in my life. The lemon bar was good, but not exceptional. When I walked in to pick up my order the employee was only a phone call for a while and didn’t acknowledge me and then pulled up the wrong order initially, not a big deal, but also not a great service experience.
The coconut cake we ordered for a friend’s birthday was absolutely delicious. Perfectly sweet but not overpowering, perfectly coconut-y, and perfectly moist!
We ordered Custom Cupcakes, the printing was just what we ordered. The cupcakes, vanilla, were the driest cupcakes I’ve ever had. Everyone was so surprised just how dry they were. We served them the same day we picked them up on Saturday. Just try them before ordering, we didn’t.
Second year in a row ordering a custom cake for my son’s birthday, and second year in a row that Billy’s hit it out of the park.
Delicious, attractive cakes. Always a crowd pleaser. Will continue ordering from them for sure!
