I absolutely love Billy's Bakery. We ordered a small cake for our event and couldn't be more thrilled with the result. It was beautiful and utterly delicious. Not only was the cake super moist and most importantly the buttercream is actual buttercream.
The team was easy to work with on planning and designing the cake and pick up was seamless.

I recently entrusted Billy’s Bakery to make a very special birthday cake for my partner. The cake in question was a German Chocolate Cake. I do not generally care for German Chocolate Cake due to my aversion to coconut, but I share this info to emphasize exactly how astoundingly delicious our German Chocolate Cake was. My partner absolutely loved the cake; just thrilled. In spite of the fact I do not care for German Chocolate Cake, I devoured nearly half of the cake myself because it was so good I just couldn’t stop eating it; almost like a delicious out-of-body cake devouring experience. If Billy’s can make a type of cake I do not usually care for so astonishingly good that I “accidentally” eat half of it, I can’t wait to experience another cake from here. Don’t hesitate, order anything from this place and you’re going to love it.

So many customers have had the same issue as me. It feels like a scam. I ordered an engagement cake and it got delivered completely messed up and customer service was awful. I paid $134 for a tiny cake to arrive messed up. I called and they told me they would remake my cake and deliver it by 6pm. Then a different person emailed me back and said the opposite. They didn't offer any sort of make good or even apologize via email. They just said they can remake it if I order and pay again... yeah right lol
Such a bummer as I was excited for this cake for my engagement party... wasn't able to have a cake

Super cute little bakery with delicious goods! My son and I shared cheesecake, a cupcake, and a stuffed cookie. All were fantastic with great flavor. Loved the wide variety of cupcakes that were available. Staff was extremely friendly and service was quick. Great atmosphere too!
Just moved to the UWS from Ohio and this has become my comfort snack! Their coconut cake and taste just like my Gamgam used to make ❤️

The cookies were delicious. But I have to shout out the incredible customer service. We stopped in after a visit to the museum with my kids, including my nine week old. It wasn’t until we got to LaGuardia an hour later that we realized we left our diaper bag with all our baby formula/bottles at the bakery. The manager on duty did not hesitate. She jumped on a bus and brought the bag to us at the airport. Without her our baby would have gone hungry and we surly would have missed our flight. She went above and beyond and we’ll never forget her kindness.
