Why am I paying 8 dollars for the tiniest matcha in the world and why when i ask for wifi the worked rudely just says no. How are you a coffee shop with dozens od tables and people doing work and not have wifi. The excuse that they want to foster communication is the dumbest thing ive ever heard - they are cheapening out while charging egregious prices for coffee.

Was pretty busy on a sunday morning, i managed to miss the long queue and get a table. The baristas have a good system going so the wait for your drink doesn't feel too long. It's on the noisier side. My short mocha was exactly how i asked for it 👍🏾

My go-to order is the mocha with oatmilk, and Birch makes it perfectly. The balance of chocolate and espresso is spot-on—not too sweet, just deeply flavorful. The oatmilk is a great creamy addition. Always a consistent, delicious experience. Friendly staff too!
Normally, I really enjoy Birch. The coffee is good, seating limited, but decent. Nice people - customers and service. Today - a Sunday - the music was LOUD and ABRASIVE. I asked them to turn it down. Birch can be a decent place to sit with a computer or chat with a friend, not when the music is NOISE like at a rage!
