Wonderful coffee. Even when my order was snatched by the wrong customer, they were most accommodating and lovely, replacing it quickly. I loved too that I found a used book there that’s been on my list to get. Great vibes and atmosphere.
Was pretty busy on a sunday morning, i managed to miss the long queue and get a table. The baristas have a good system going so the wait for your drink doesn't feel too long. It's on the noisier side. My short mocha was exactly how i asked for it 👍🏾
My go-to order is the mocha with oatmilk, and Birch makes it perfectly. The balance of chocolate and espresso is spot-on—not too sweet, just deeply flavorful. The oatmilk is a great creamy addition. Always a consistent, delicious experience. Friendly staff too!
