Little fun hack : I like to drink my coffee fast : so I asked for a small drip in a medium cup : add my oat milk to top it off and it worked perfectly. Great coffee and fast service for a packed location.

This is the best coffee in Penn Station. Hands down. No contest. I’ve tried them all. The staff is wonderful in part because they know their coffee is really good and they are proud of it. I usually have a whole milk latte. My wife prefers decaf, almond milk and vanilla. yet we both love the creamy, delicious, full-bodied coffee we get here.

I love this Birch. The coffee is consistently great, and the staff are always friendly and efficient. Despite the rigors of this high-traffic, high-demand location, they are always incredibly nice AND they manage to provide fast service every morning.

I used to be a fan 12 years ago. Folks listened back then. But this Penn Station location is terrible. Staff are more interested in chit catting amongst themselves than getting the customer’s order right. I ordered a latte with regular milk, was given one with oat milk.

However, the beans they have for sale, they have a display one which you can't turn around to look at the information they display on the back. Would be useful if the empty display coffee bags were moveable. Did not detract from experience, but it would've if I wanted to buy some beans at the moment.
