Got an iced mocha and americano. Mocha tasted like a Hersheys chocolate milk and the americano was no better than backwash from a gas station coffee thermos.
With no exaggeration, some of the worst coffee I’ve ever had. Yuck!

Nov 2024: My favorite speciality coffee spot in NYC. Always great quality coffee, friendly staff and not too crowded. Their other locations are great too, but this one’s the best.

I get my morning coffee everyday here, service is always very warm and very quick! There are some seats inside, and the place is very nicely decorated, it does get a bit loud though if you’re planning to study! The coffee is great, I always get a cappuccino which has some delicious nutty accents. Definitely my favourite place in the neighbourhood, and the price is not too bad compared to some other chains!

Great for just taking out. Good and very pretty space. Matcha latte is very good. Nice space but not for customers to sit in. No WiFi . Luckily enough they have restroom. I guest it is generally statement now that baristas and other workers are NOT friendly at coffee shop. Almost close to rudeness. I think one of the reason that I don’t go to Starbucks because I want better coffee and better experience. I strongly believe that hospitality business should put customer service to the top of everything.
