This is my go-to coffee shop. The service is always friendly, and the coffee is always fantastic. Whenever I’m in the city, I start every morning at Bird & Branch.

Good coffee. Nice atmosphere.
Thank you!
I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I ordered an oat matcha latte and it was by far the worst I’ve ever tasted - my husband tried it (so I would know if it was just me) and he almost spat it out. My husband also ordered a latte and it honestly just tasted like milk.
Would highly recommend AVOIDING matcha here & maybe going elsewhere for coffee

Had a quick business meeting here with a colleague from out of town. Small and limited seating but on point iced coffee and super friendly barista. Quintessential NYC vibe and easy to find. Stop in!
Visiting NYC and was delighted to know this place does flat whites and well! Lovely barista who provided a great roast recommendation. The egg sandwich was unique much like a tamago egg with a tangy scallion like sauce. A pity it was quite small!

The barista was very nice and the cafe was cozy and cute. However, the oat matcha (supposedly Ippodo) latte I ordered was TERRIBLE. It was grainy and tasted weird. I couldn’t really even taste the matcha. My friend’s Nightingale coffee also tasted interesting, but we’re probably just not used to such a flavor combo.

Super delicious and very cute! Had their extremely tasty and perfectly filling egg sandwich and the kabocha-molasses latte, which was maybe the best rendition of a pumpkin spice latte I've ever had. Creamy, great flavor, and not too sweet. The pastries are fantastic too and include black sesame flavors which I love. Limited but very cute seating area. Loved it!
