We love this place and it's one of our to go favorites. The decor is beautiful, the food is good and reasonably priced. We asked for a quiet table and they put us in an alcove which was quiet. If you are gluten free, they accommodate you very well.

We went to Bistango for a quiet, romantic dinner. Lively restaurant, fabulous service. They are very soliciitous regarding food allergies. All their gluten free items also have corn as an ingrediient, and I can't eat corn. I ordered the roast chicken, which was fabulous and my companion had the eggplant parmiagiana. Generous portions reasonably priced. I'll be back on a future visit to NYC.

This was hands down our favorite restaurant in NYC! I'm gf and wife is not, and the arancini were the best we have ever eaten. The gf food was amazing, being brought bread as a gf was just awesome. My only grip would have been oil and or butter for the bread instead of only hummus. Will recommend to others and if we ever return to nyc we will be back!

We were there on a slow afternoon and it was lovely. Came for the gluten free lasagna and it did not disappoint. In fact, it wasn't offered on the lunch menu but they didn't hesitate to accommodate us!

We booked Bistango as I am gluten-free and my husband is not, and the menu sounded good. I was so surprised and excited that when the pre-meal bread came out, there was a gf version too! That set the tone for the entire meal, the staff were so sensitive to gluten intolerance/allergies. We absolutely LOVED the gf calamari with banana peppers and marinara sauce. Probably one of the best dishes we've had in the city. I had gf saffron pappardelle as my main, and my husband had the chicken parmigiana. Both were so delicious

Outstanding experience! We have an allergy to dairy , eggs and nuts and the chef came out to discuss and made a fabulous and safe meal ! Would recommend to the food allergy community!

I brought my visiting family here, half of whom are GF (myself included). Like everyone says, all the food is really good here! No compromises just because it’s gluten free. But what I’m really thankful for is the reservation ease. I couldn’t find the group size I needed on OpenTable, so I called and got a person immediately. Needed to call two more times to change the reservation to add someone / change time, and again to confirm they could accommodate a wheelchair 😂 I felt so high maintenance and they were SUPER nice about it. For that alone, 5 stars. Will definitely bring other people here because it’s, to me, in a “classic NYC” neighborhood and gives classy vibes for reasonable price point.

Service was excellent. Food was excellent. Definitely a must visit if you are Gluten Free. I had the GF lasagna and Tiramisu. We'll be back.

I so appreciate having a full menu of gluten free choices! Everything I've ever ordered here is delicious and the service is always warm. If I lived in NYC I'd be here all the time.

Pretty restaurant with very mediocre food. Service great as well as atmosphere. It's a shame the food is not.

Great food. The staff were super nice. Good crowd but not too crowded on a Saturday night. Wonderful atmosphere.

Absolutely phenomenal food & service.
They were very accommodating with allergies.
Everything on the menu can be prepared gluten free, much if not all is gluten free anyway.
They were also accommodating with alpha-gal allergy.
