I found Bistango through the "Find Me Gluten Free" app. It's tough to find restaurants which have a decent amount of choices that are both gluten free and dairy free (I have intolerances for both). When I shared these limitations with our server they said "easy"! In fact there were so many choices that I had a hard time making a decision on what to eat. And I rarely have that pleasure. This is a solid option for people with celiac disease or issues with wheat/gluten, but I’m not sure I’d recommend it to groups who don’t have food restrictions. The aquarium is pretty fun

This is undeniably one of the best gluten free restaurants I’ve had the privilege of eating at in the United States. We headed over after a fun morning of marveling at towering floats and spirited marching bands during the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. We braved the biting wind and eventually found ourselves in an elegant hotel lobby. To our left, bathed in warm lighting and shimmering holiday decorations was Bistango.
