they call it “bite” because they put ingredients that aren’t listed on the menu description in your sandwich and so you don’t realize that you’re eating something that you’re allergic to until you take the first one :) (Had been getting the same sandwich for years and then all of a sudden they changed the recipe to include an ingredient that I can’t have and 1. didn’t mention it until I asked after biting into the ingredient and 2. did not update the menu on the wall.) now my face will be red and blotchy for the next week :D?? thanks bite on 14th!

What is wrong with you? Zero stars. You came in, were impatient with me, and berated all of your staff in front of me rudely and for no good reason, and then stormed out. You tried to take my order but you don't seem to know how your POS system works and the cashier had to finish the transaction after you left. You also used very strong gendered language towards me despite my neutral gender presentation, which is forgivable but worth noting. Overall, you lack the social skills a good manager should have. Do better.

This place is so good! Excellent sandwiches and soup, not basic at all. Incredible fresh bread. I enjoy eating there, it's quiet and prices are excellent for high-quality food.
Fernando S. was the listed cashier and if indeed he was, he lacked customer service skills. He seemed unenthusiastic about me spending money there, just singing to the music, unengaged from the experience. The menu is of decent size UNLIKE THE portion for the price, truly comical. My Mediterranean pita was flat and looked like a teenager prepared it as it barely contained any ingredients in it. The soup was flavorful. The company is not upfront with its charges as I was charged a “customer assistance fee” whatever the F that means; mind you I PAID CASH. So be aware as I NEVER review places, but as more and more companies lack a great customer experience, charge patrons unnecessarily with bogus fees for services that lack, I find it imperative to make it known to other consumers who don’t just care about the food, but the community, and a great experience. At the end of the day, we harness the power of the purse, and it is how we, as consumers, make a statement. Spend elsewhere. Never frequenting again.

Pros: Delicious food at an amazing price. I popped in for lunch on a brick afternoon. I had a Mediterranean grilled cheese and tomato soup. It was quite a filling, rich heavy meal for $12.70. I will be returning.
Cons: My meal took 27 minutes to come out. I understand why so many people were pick ups now. As others have mentioned, the cashiers attitude is on the sour side. It is what it is, doesn't seem like that will change.
