Made a last minute decision to come here after our nearby choice had too long a wait and ultimately I don't totally know how it has such positive reviews.
We got two sandwiches: exotic tuna and apple/turkey/Brie. The former I much preferred as I do like a good cranberry curry concoction, but it was a bit too sweet, not solid enough, and could have used more tuna. The latter I really thought I would like except they had forgotten the Brie....which we didn't realize until after a few bites. So it was very much just a dry and bland sandwich. The saving grace was the bread, which was good. The falafel was cheap but we could've skipped it.
Menu is extensive, at least. Not sure if that means everything is just meh or if they have some specialties.

Please buy appropriate packaging if you want to sell soup on delivery apps. Absolutely Pathetic. Every soup you sell is going to spill. Good luuuuck I'll be sure to avoid this place in the future for pickups.

I stopped by on a snowy day and ordered myself a grilled chicken panini with mozzarella and a lentil soup... .soup had some deep hearty flavors in it and the panini was quite tasty.... I really have no problems with the food
The restaurant itself is a little bit eclectic it has its own unique feel and flavor to it... Sort of bohemian artistic feeling... Quirky even....not flashy...a few repairs could help here and there...
The staff was very friendly and was able to work with me with a couple of food adjustments for my diet... Reasonable prices...Overall Recommended

Me and a friend heard good things about this place but once we got there we realized that this restaurant is Israeli owned and its menu contributes to Palestinian food erasure, calling Palestinian salad Israeli and branding itself as vaguely middle eastern while being coy about where exactly in the middle East they mean. Make no mistake looking at the blue and white color scheme of the restaurant: they mean Israel. If you do not support Israel's actions in Gaza, eat at any of the halal carts in Union Square instead.
The sandwich was flat/squished and gave me an upset stomach after eating it, although could have been the soup too

Delicious and super filling! I had the combo feta salad and half a chicken pepper sandwich (panini) and was absolutely stuffed! Was remote worker friendly too as there was plenty of outlets for plugging in.

Waited 30 minutes for two okay sandwiches and a rose lemonade on a Saturday at lunch. Not worth the wait.

This is for Ami. I ordered a salad and noted to please bring utensils. Order came, no utensils. I called back to ask for utensils, they apologized and said they were sending someone with utensils. An hour later nobody came… I called back to follow up and get a refund because I wasn’t going to eat a salad with my hands. I was initially hung up on after telling them what happened… I called back and I was told to take it up with seamless. Lost a loyal customer. Great work Ami
Love this place. Great food. It can be busy and loud but it's a happening place. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed.

Spontaneously looking for a snack and found this cute shop. The tomato soup tasted very good and served its purpose perfectly to warm us up a little. The prices are also really cheap for New York. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Absolute recommendation!
