They didn't pull noodles at this shop. Who knows when or the noodles are even hand pulled since they don't do it on premise.

I had the tomato egg which is inferior version to the lanzhou HAND pulled noodles in China where they use lamb fat as an additional flavor along with onions. Everything else including the chicken and paltry size chili child potato and my taiwanese colleague noodles were very salty. Do they even taste there food? Chicken was aweful. $20 per person for lunch was a complete waste of money. I'm never going back and I implore you not to waste your money on this garage they make here.

I love it. The portions are definitely on a smaller scale but food is good.

I had noodles with lamb. The hand pulled noodles had nice texture, with very flavorful broth and meat. I had a plum drink which was delicious too. Very clean.

The food is alright, but you'll never see these prices anywhere else. Like, not even six dollars for a 肉夹馍 (Crispy Burger)? Amazing! Was craving some cold noodles and also a 肉夹馍 (I got the pork), they taste pretty good. Also friendly staff, but this place may seem to give out more of a take out than dine-in vibe.

We went there for lunch and ordered beef soup noodles with spicy chicken. The noodle is very delicious and beef is so tender. The food is ready very quickly. The portion size is very large too. It is a in a huge bowl for one person. We had great experience overall. We will definitely go back.

The worst experience I could remember. Bad food and bad service. Wouldn’t recommend. And also the shop has poor ventilation

Just look at the photo. Liang pi? Really? Premade, soggy noodles, tasteless. What a waste. Just go to Xian Famous Foods.

Great place for hand pulled noodles. This is our go to afterwork spot for a quick simple dinner.

Food tastes bad... and only a small bowl is more expensive than Chipotle
I threw it away bc I couldn't finish it even though I was hungry :(

N4 has a spicy and sour taste similar to Korean kimchi stew, has good broth, and does not have a strong marinara flavor or other Chinese spices, so Koreans who like salty and spicy kimchi stew can enjoy it.
N2 is similar to Korean Jjajangmyeon, so it is good for children.
The price is reasonable and the quantity is large.

Got the QiShan dry noodle with hand ripped thick noodles and the pork crispy burger. Food was great and the price was cheap. Also tried the lamb cumin burger and the cumin flavor is very strong.

It's kind of like a bootleg Xi'an Famous, where pretty much everything -- food, menu diversity, atmosphere, cleanliness -- is worse. But it's still pretty good in a pinch.

The N1 Stewed Beef Noodle soup is decent. The N3 Noodle with Cumin Lamb was suuuuper mid.

The cold skin is not freshly made. Judging from the degree of coldness, at least it has been left in the refrigerator for a long time overnight, so it is not edible at all. The toppings I ordered for the spicy chicken noodles looked like they were heated from frozen food, so I suggest you avoid them and don’t waste your money.
