Got the QiShan dry noodle with hand ripped thick noodles and the pork crispy burger. Food was great and the price was cheap. Also tried the lamb cumin burger and the cumin flavor is very strong.

It's kind of like a bootleg Xi'an Famous, where pretty much everything -- food, menu diversity, atmosphere, cleanliness -- is worse. But it's still pretty good in a pinch.
The N1 Stewed Beef Noodle soup is decent. The N3 Noodle with Cumin Lamb was suuuuper mid.

The cold skin is not freshly made. Judging from the degree of coldness, at least it has been left in the refrigerator for a long time overnight, so it is not edible at all. The toppings I ordered for the spicy chicken noodles looked like they were heated from frozen food, so I suggest you avoid them and don’t waste your money.

Good food, I enjoyed eating here. I didnt taste as much flavor compared to Xian Famous and the lamb burger was not as tender, but the noodles and burger were both enjoyable.
Server was nice and the food came quickly. Very convenient location to grab some food before catching the amtrak out of penn station.
Solid pick for food, will come back when im in the area and need something quick

7/10/2024 Came here for lunch at work and ordered noodles and Roujiamo. Personally, I think the Roujiamo is all bean sprouts and has less meat. Then the mixed noodles feel very raw and taste like eating dough? I personally don’t like it very much. I’ll give their signature a try next time!

Food is decent. The menu and dish are very similar, almost same to Xi’an chain. For me, soup base is a little sweeter than Xi’an but spicier. The meat burger is filled and flavorful. The pull noodle is dente and cook just right. Location is perfect for those, like me, has a shot break before the train . Service is very punctual.

What I ordered was cumin mixed noodles, which has an unpleasant smell. I don't know if it's the flavor of seasoning or lamb? I barely took a few bites, it tasted bad, and then I poured it out! This is a very poor restaurant. Some people may be curious and want to try Chinese food, or if you are Chinese and want to eat Chinese food, I strongly recommend not going to this restaurant. You will be disappointed
