Excellent Xian food. Very authentic.
It is a small shop as part of a small chain. But excellent food. The beef noodle is very good and tasty. They hand make the noodle here. Exactly as I expected. The Rou Jia Mo (Chinese sandwich) is also great. The bread is fresh, flaky and soft. Highly recommend.

My roommate and I wanted to eat noodles with soup and we came across this spot. I ordered the beef noodle soup and it was nostalgic, just how my mom would make it! They made it pretty fast too.

Oh honey, let’s talk about Bites of Xi’an—the noodle-forward diva of the block 🍜💅

This place is basically a carb catwalk. The menu? Mostly dry noodles strutting their stuff like they own the runway. Soup options are few, but when that stewed beef noodle soup enters the chat? Whew. It’s giving drama, depth, and daddy issues. Po Panda would absolutely ghost his father and change his last name for that broth. It’s that good.
