Overpriced and painfully slow. I paid an absurd amount for a very basic breakfast burrito, only to be charged extra for hot sauce — seriously? To make it worse, it took 40 minutes to prepare. Nothing about the food or experience justified the price or the wait. Won’t be coming back.

It was a lovely place to step into on a very cold and rainy day in the financial district. It was quite crowded and busy mid-morning, and difficult to find seating. We sat at a large shared table, but we're still able to converse comfortably. The food was quite good, and the coffee excellent.

Hard to find since tucked away down a dark side street in the heart of the financial district. Top quality coffee that comes with a hefty price tag. Large latte hovered around 9 bucks. That being said, still worth it. Tried this place out today to break my normal before work latte routine. They don’t disappoint. The baristas seem as professional as they come. White glove type service. Impressed with the machinery. Not the typical Italian espresso machine but from the Netherlands. This place comes with a Higher price tag but I guess you pay for the higher class atmosphere and product.

I came this to pick up coffee beans for an event I’m hosting tomorrow morning, but my online order wasn’t ready. The on-site manager, Top, was very professional and allowed me to pick up my order which required some manual effort and notifying internal teams . He went above and beyond to be as accommodating as possible.
No wonder this place consistently receives five-star reviews with over 1000 stars. A+
