Was craving a burger before a show with my girlfriend and decided to check out BIB. We were seated quickly but no menus were given and we had to wave down a server after waiting 10 minutes to take our order. I ordered the mushroom truffle burger but asked for the mayo on the side. The burger came out quickly with the mayo on it and no caramelized onions (which I did want) . I waited about 5 minutes for the server to come over but they never did. So I scraped off the mayo with a french fry so I could eat. The burger meat was good but the overall flavor was lackluster. Couldn’t really taste any mushroom in the bites. Server never came to check on our food or to ask if we wanted more drinks or water. When we were finished we waited another 10-15 minutes to wave down the server who was too busy chatting with a coworker to notice. I work nearby in midtown and I’m sure the food is good, but with all the other options around I don’t think I’d go back.

A good burger but nothing special, maybe because of the option I choosed. It is a good place to visit and try, but not my top 5 in Manhattan. If you are close to Times Square maybe that is your better option by foot. The staff was ok but not that kind to me, nothing bad but I was waiting more. At the end: Nothing from another world but you should try, maybe it wasn't the best day to me.

Miguel and Ray have been absolutely wonderful. they made us feel at home and considered. our order got lost while the printer ran out of paper and Miguel was super apologetic about it and kind. Definitely will visit again. thank you Miguel and Ray!

A lovely little burger bar. A wide range of choices and those in our party who are meat absolutely loved the burgers. Lovely food and well presented.
2 of our party who had the vegetarian burgers were disappointed with how wet the veggie patties were.
A great range of drinks including local beers.

We came from Saratoga, NY and Ray made the experience unforgettable!! A great personality and laidback dude. will definitely be back! food was amazing and made sure our table was never crowded. awesome staff.

Franey was the best! Came here 2 x in one week to bring some out of towners some good food. Great attitude and personality that vibes with a Floridian and country boy. lol thank you very much!!! Peruvian wings were on point!!
