We had breakfast here at the Broadway branch on October 1st and 3rd, 2024 and each time I ordered egg and cheese as a topping because I thought it was so delicious - each time with a different bagel, which was also what they were both very tasty. One morning we also tried the coffee, which we also found to be very good. The store is also a bit larger than the branch at Rockefeller Plaza, for example, and you can sit comfortably inside and outside. We'd love to come back.

I really, really, really love bagels so I wanted to really, really, really love this place. Unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. I ordered a BEC on a sesame bagel (which was burnt) and it was just OK. I also order 6 bagels and my overall review is the bagels are smaller than most bagels I’ve tried, they were not as airy and fluffy as I prefer and there was no wow factor. They have a few locations so they must be doing something right. The shop was clean and the service was outstanding.
