The cream cheese tasted strange I couldn’t exactly describe it but it was sour and bland. Bagel tasted like grocery store bagels, and when I specifically asked for the bagel to be toasted well, it still was barely toasted. Bagels are smaller than average so definitely an overpriced spot but to be expected for this area.

Ordered the bagels through Uber eat, the app confirmed the food was ready for pick up, then when I came in the person (a girl with eyebrows pierced wearing a cap)who was in charge of packing, moving around the counter checking on the orders was so rude. There were too many people working on that small kitchen, it made the atmosphere so congested. The way they made the food was unorganized and very unhygienic. That girl packed the bagels for customers asking them if they need paper bags, some customers said no then she just threw over the counter for them pick up (like throw to animals). The customer service behaviors is so unprofessional, what was the point to mark on the app food is ready and let customers waiting extra 20min? Moreover she showed such a bad attitude and rolled her eyes to say I’m working on it. The store charged high price for the products but they don’t have a selective employees to maintain the quality of food. Totally not worth the money you paid for.

Wow.. just Wow!!! We had the bacon, egg and cheese bagel and the tuna melt!!! Amazing.. plus they did proper English breakfast tea with proper fresh cows milk, heaven 👌 great staff service too!

Stopped in for a quick bite and honestly, the bagels are really good perfectly chewy inside with a nice crisp outside. You can tell they care about quality ingredients. I tried everything bagel with egg and cheese and it definitely hit the spot. Prices are steep for a bagel. Expect to pay $9-$12 for a simple sandwich or specialty bagel, which feels high for something so classic.
Best bagels we tried in New York! While on our week long trip, it was an essential stop for breakfast every morning because of the outdoor seating, positive customer service and delicious food offerings. Our overall favourite was the classic Sesame Bagel filled with Cream Cheese. We also enjoyed The Boca for a healthier and more unique option. The bagels are filled with plenty of cream cheese, however one can also request a light spread for a significant amount less.

Food is bad, workers are soooooo slow. Ordered the whitefish salad on whole wheat bagel. Very average bagel but the whitefish is briny, overly salty, fishy, and watery. It also comes with sliced pickled green tomatoes. (doesn't work with the filling) The salty(again!) and watery tomatoes ruins the integrity of sandwich. Not going back.
